On 23 October 2019, Embassy of Georgia to the Commonwealth of Australia with support of the Georgian National Film Centre and ANU Film Group held a screening of the Georgian filmmaker Zaza Khalvashi’s feature film “NAMME” at the Culture Centre of Australian National University (ANU). The event was attended by the representatives of cultural and academic circles, Diplomatic Corps accredited in Canberra as well as ANU Film Group members.
Ambassador of Georgia, H.E. Mr. George Dolidze addressed the audience highlighting rich history of the Georgian cinematography and its achievements.
In the framework of the event, guests had an opportunity to taste variety of the Georgian wines. The co-sponsor of the event was the Georgian wine producing company “Teliani Valley”.
